On Wednesday, September 16th, Vanguard Gifted Academy welcomes City of St. Charles Mayor Clint Hull! Mayor Hull will speak with students about civic leadership and local government, connecting directly with Band One’s study of community and Band Two’s exploration of cultural universals.
