The Batavia community is invited to an afternoon of innovation, creativity, and community at Vanguard Gifted Academy. On Saturday, April 11th, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, we are opening our doors for Discovery Day, a unique open house experience that showcases the extraordinary work of our students and the intentional design of our gifted education program.
A Showcase of Student Mastery
At Vanguard, learning is an active pursuit. For Discovery Day, our students have curated a collection of items and projects that represent their deep dives into STREAM (Science, Technology, Research, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). This isn't just a display; it is a celebration of what happens when gifted minds are given the space to explore their passions.
Experience the "Vanguard Bucks" Auction
We invite you to participate in our one-of-a-kind Silent Auction. Visitors will have the opportunity to bid on items online and to "purchase" student-created items using our specialized Vanguard Bucks. This interactive event allows our students to demonstrate the value of their hard work while giving you a tangible piece of the Vanguard experience to take home.
